Pluto is a private, self-hosted personal finance dashboard, built and operated by a single private individual for their own exclusive use. It is not a commercial product, is not offered to the public, and has no users other than its operator.
These terms exist to describe the application's scope and limitations, as required when registering with third-party service providers.
Use of the application is restricted to its operator. There is no registration, no account creation for third parties, and no public access. The application runs on private hardware and is reachable only over a private network.
The application does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance or any regulated financial service. It only displays and organises information that the operator already holds.
The application retrieves information from external sources, including:
Access to payment accounts is read-only and limited to accounts explicitly linked by the operator. The application cannot initiate payments or transfer funds. Each external provider's own terms apply to their respective services.
The application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Data displayed may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, including as a result of failures or interruptions at external data providers. Figures shown must not be relied upon as an authoritative record; the official records held by the relevant banks and institutions always prevail.
As the application is used exclusively by its own operator, no liability towards third parties arises from its use. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss or damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the application.
There is no guarantee of availability, uptime or continuity. The application may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time, without notice, at the operator's sole discretion.

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of European Union law.
